From 1 May 2024, all new homes built in Victoria must achieve a 7 Star Energy Rating The City of Greater Bendigo is hosting an information session on Environmentally Sensitive Design (ESD) and what you can do to lower your home’s running costs. This information will relate to new houses as well as what can be done to existing houses. Hear from experts in the field about what are the options to improve energy efficiency and what cost savings can be achieved. You will also hear about a real world example of a resident who has changed an existing older home to be more energy efficient. The information session will include time for questions and answers. Please arrive at 5pm for a 5.15pm start.
