Some things to note to help the session run smoothly:

• You are welcome to drop in at any point during the session time
• You will be muted as you come in to avoid interrupting any conversation already happening – you can unmute yourself when you’re ready to talk
• You will have time to be heard – please be patient if we don’t get to you straight away, we will!
