Expressions of interest for the Community Reference Group have closed. We received a strong level of interest and thank everyone who took the time to apply.

After reviewing all applications, six new members will join the existing six members, to make a group of twelve. All applicants were notified of the outcome in early April 2026.

The Group will continue to share community views and work with City Officers to help shape the structure plan.

There will also be opportunities for the wider community to have a say on the project. This will happen once the draft documents are available.
