The Community Reference Group will run for about 18 months while the Structure Plan is being developed.

Meetings are held quarterly on weekday evenings (6-8pm) in Huntly.

Members should also allow time for background reading and preparation.

As a member of the CRG you’ll take part in meetings to help shape the Structure Plan. You will represent community views and guide the City on the future changes and needs during the process.

We welcome expressions of interest from everyone who has an interest in Huntly, whether that is as a resident, employee, regular visitor, or community member.

We are hoping to have representation from a broad cross-section of the community, reflecting diverse interests, backgrounds and views. Individuals, as well as representatives from community groups, businesses, workplaces, and sporting groups, are welcome.

The group is made up of twelve community members, with seven existing members remaining from its establishment in 2022. We therefore have five vacancies.
