The project
The City is putting together a thematic history of Quarry Hill. This includes mining, community spirit, and settlement. This will help us to understand why Quarry Hill looks the way it does today.
Part of this project is to better understand Quarry Hill’s rich history and heritage to help protect and celebrate it. Thank you for sharing your stories, documents, photographs to help inform the study. This has helped us write the draft Chronological History and draft Findings and Recommendations reports. You can read these below.
We are now seeking your feedback on the contents of these two draft reports.
