The Purpose

The City of Greater Bendigo is currently reviewing their Customer Service Charter. Reviewing the Charter, and identifying ways to improve your customer experience and our processes, is a part of the City's commitment to continuous improvement.

The review will include community feedback through the Our Service, Your Satisfaction Survey.

You received the link to this project by text because you have lodged a request with the City's Customer Service team in the last 12 months. Your feedback will help guide the draft Customer Service Charter.

The survey is open from September 2, 2024 and closes 5pm December 4, 2024.

It is estimated to take 2 to 3 minutes to complete.

Next steps

What happens next:

  • Once the survey closes we will review the feedback
  • An update on the feedback we receive will be provided on this project page
  • Feedback received will help update the draft Customer Service Charter
  • Community will then have an opportunity to also provide feedback on the draft Charter
  • Community will be informed of the outcome, and the final Customer Service Charter will be made available
