Let's Talk Greater Bendigo is not the only way to have your say on things that matter to you. There are many ways to communicate with the City throughout the year.
You can talk to us about things you think the City should know about at any time. Information you provide to the City helps us to fix problems and provide the services the community needs.
This could be:
- community priorities
- community projects
- feedback on our services
- fixing things like footpaths, roads, drainage, and playspaces

The Community Grants program helps community groups to develop projects.
For more information, visit the Community Grants page on the City website.
This is a great way for Councillors to engage with the community. Residents are encouraged to come and meet their Councillors to discuss topics that matter to them. Events are advertised in local papers and on the City’s Facebook page.
You can arrange an appointment to meet the Mayor. Please email Councillor.Support@bendigo.vic.gov.au
Community groups and organisations can apply to present important issues to Council. Topics must:
- be aligned with the Council Plan
- meet an identified need and community benefit
- contribute to the community
- not be part of an existing program or Council initiative
For more information, visit the presenting to council page on the City website.
