Site: Crusoe Reservoir and No 7 Park, Granter St, Big Hill

Land area: 204ha

One of the City’s premier natural reserves, Crusoe Reservoir and No.7 Park is currently managed for its natural and recreational values:
  • Box-Ironbark forest
  • reservoirs used for fishing
  • swimming and canoeing
  • walking and cycling trails
  • abundant native flora and fauna, including 190 species of bird

On ground maintenance is conducted by the City’s Natural Reserves team, with assistance from the Friends of Crusoe Reservoir and No. 7 Park.
