Stage 1 Kindergarten and Allied Health Rooms - Complete
Marrungi Wayaparra Kindergarten has been completed and is now open for kinder for three and four-year old children at the Marrungi Wayaparra Community Hub. It will be officially opened in the near future.
The kindergarten building also includes two Allied Health consult rooms.
The City received $5.5 million in funding from the Victorian Government to deliver a new 99-place Kindergarten for Marong which is Stage 1 of a 2-stage project for the Marrungi Wayaparra Community Hub. The kindergarten will help meet the demand for three and four-year old kindergarten places in the region.Stage 2 Community Hub
Stage 2 is in its concept stage and aims to create a more flexible multipurpose space around the existing hall. Stage 2 is dependent of funding being secured for the project and may take some years to be delivered.

We want to hear from the Marong community!
Marrungi Wayaparra Kindergarten has two consulting rooms that can be used by allied health professionals.
The City of Greater Bendigo would like to know what types of allied health services you would like to see offered in Marong—either weekly or monthly. Your feedback will help us understand what services would be most helpful for local families.
Based on what the community tells us, the City will invite the requested services to use the consulting rooms.
Please note: while we will do our best to advocate for the services you ask for, we cannot guarantee that every service will be available.
