1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Victorian residents. If participant is aged under 18 years, parental permission must be gained to enter.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences Monday 10 October 2023 and closes Friday 10 November 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, access the Promoter’s online link, complete the Alcohol harm prevention survey, fill out their full name, contact number and email address and submit the completed form.
6. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
7. Only one (1) entry permitted per club. Duplicate entries will be removed.
8. The two(2) draws will take place at the offices of City of Greater Bendigo on Tuesday 14 November 2023. The winners will be notified by email or telephone within two (2) business days of the draw
9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prizes - there are two (2) $250 gift cards in total to be won.
11. On Tuesday 14 November, 2023, the first two (2) valid entries drawn will each win one (1) $250 gift card.
12. Entries will close 11.59pm on Friday 10 November 2023.
13. If for any reason any winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, Tuesday 28 November 2023 then the prize will be forfeited and a new prize winner will be drawn.
14. The prize cannot be taken as cash.
